Building Update #8

TILE!!!!! We LOVE the tile!! As I had mentioned in a previous update, we were a bit disappointed in our brick color....that has totally changed. Every time we see it now, we fall more and more in love with it. And driving the neighborhood makes us realize it even more (because practically every house we say how we hate theirs, making us appreciate ours, hehe!). The doubt and worries about our design picking we premature :)
Now, seeing the cabinet stain and the tile and grout, we are thrilled at how it is all coming together!

Lighting, bathroom fixtures, toilets, tile, counter tops, majority of the baseboards....all in!

The pictures to follow are as of this past Sunday. Aaron went by again today during lunch and he said bathroom mirrors are up, closet shelving is in the works as well as our fence. They have completed leveling the front and backyard now. And because our home backs up to a greenbelt with no neighbors to the right, we are required to have iron rod fencing in those areas, so we are excited to have the views! We knew this going in and given the horrendous experiences we had with the numerous fencing repairs with the last house......YES, PLEASE iron rod!!
