There is always some kind of project going on around here.
Always something!! And unfortunately, both Aaron and I tend to think of so many things we would like to do, they often overlap, causing just pure chaos! Currently, our formal dining room is undergoing some custom cabinetry changes. It is basically complete except for some final door adjustments. Aaron and I will then repaint the existing cranberry-colored accent wall to an antique blue to match the new counter top and the other existing wall colors in the entry way and throughout the living room, add hardware and a new chair and a half. I am looking forward to the final finish and will post more pictures at that time as well.

We also had purchased a used bed frame for cheap a few months back, repainted and antiqued it for Brooklyn's room. One corner has not held up quite to our standards, so its headed to the curb. Aaron is now in the middle of building a new bed frame for her room (similar to the guest bed in our old house that he made). It will have storage compartments underneath and we will attach a padded headboard to it. Looks like mommy gets to go fabric shopping soon!
Right now though, everything is still "under construction" as I have been sick for almost 2 weeks now and Aaron has just caught it from me. Yuck!
