C's Yearly Check-Up

Cayleigh had her 3 year well visit this past week and she did great. She weighs 32 lbs (63%) and is 37 inches tall (48%); very proportional. Not much to report besides she is on track. She was such a big girl during the appointment and at one point corrected Dr. Evans about the specific animal that she had stamped on her hand. Ha, that is totally Cayleigh!
We have all been a bit congested, but the pediatrician looked at all the girls and no issues, just cold-like stuff. Thankful for a healthy report with no shots!

Prairie Lights 5K

This past Sunday we got a sneak peek at all the Christmas Lights in a 5K fun walk. Instead of spending the money on driving through them, we decided to spend it walking through them. It was pretty cool to be so close to them. I bought glow necklaces and such for all of us and the girls were very excited. Unfortunately, it was very windy and later at night, so those factors took a toll on all of us. Nana and Papa de Wolfe even joined us and it was fun!

Happy Birthday Cayleigh

Our sweet and silly Cayleigh girl turned 3 on Friday! Her beautiful curly locks and quick-witted sense of humor keeps us smiling from ear to ear everyday! You are a gentle big sister and cooperative little sister; its amazing to see how God uses and will use you.

 Yesterday, we celebrated with a Doc McStuffins birthday party! We were surrounded by awesome family and friends who showered Cayleigh with hugs and wonderful gifts. Nana de Wolfe made the scrumptious cake and a sweet friend gave Cayleigh a Doc McStuffin jumper outfit early, so she could wear it at her party. It was such a great time!

Ranch Weekend

This past weekend, the biggin's and Aaron and I went to the ranch to deer hunt. Morgan stayed with Nana de Wolfe and was spoiled with hugs and individual attention.

We had a few projects to accomplish while we were out there. One of the feeders wasn't dropping corn anymore, so we replaced the motor and all of the feeders needed to be filled with more corn. There was definitely action on the game cameras, unfortunately none while Aaron was hunting in the mornings and evening.

It was a fun trip as a family and the girls had a great time. They are definitely daddy's little hunters and were disappointed that he didn't get a chance to shoot a "big ole buck deer!"

First Tooth

Morgan has finally cut her first tooth on the bottom with the one next to it right behind. She is a total mess right now! After having the stomach bug and repeated projectile vomiting on Sunday and Monday, she happily passed it to Mommy yesterday. She is just having a rough go. Yay for a very fussy teether!
